When your employees call a specially designated toll-free number at NetBenefitsPlus, the phone is answered with your company name. When users access the NetBenefitsPlus website, they are presented with a system specially personalized with your company logo and HR forms, manuals, and other HR information.

Data integration with your systems and carriers

Through our enrollment center, your employee elections are immediately recorded in the NetBenefitsPlus system. Storing the enrollment information electronically allows data to be updated in real-time to your insurance carrier and other third party systems.

The platform allows you to run monthly bills as well as review billing history for any prior billing periods. The billing engine automatically handles credits and adjustments due to post-billing changes and provides estimated bills for the future.
